The procedure I had was really easy and simple, the nurse allowed me to feel calm and talked me through the entire thing. She was really kind, and took the best care of me and my nerves.

The receptionist was really helpful and got me a phone consultation with the nurse the next morning. The nurse was so friendly and really reassuring, she immediately booked me an in person appointment to see the doctor and made sure it was safe and easy for me to get there. The doctor saw me on time was really reassuring- took time to listen to me and made sure he explained everything he said . Checking that I understood and felt okay. He made a plan to recheck in with me in two weeks. Couldn’t really ask for better healthcare.

I've always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. I love the nurse team at this practise! They're all absolutely lovely and take the time to explain everything, which is very reassuring. I know far too many people that have had horrible experiences with trans healthcare but all the staff at this practise seem to be informed and have made it easy for me. They've been the model of how it should be across the country.

It'd be great if there were an easier way to request appointments with a nurse online

The entire staff are very helpful and polite, something I particularly needed due to the delicate nature of my consultations. In particular, Jo Fawcett has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and in control of my treatment. I have left every appointment/ phone consultation feeling reassured. Jo even went as far to find another doctor to further reassure me (something that made me feel extremely listened to). I feel very lucky to have a nurse like Jo, in a welcoming GP as all the staff are amazing.

Jo Fawcett was so kind and explained the entire process step by step which really helped because I was really nervous. She was really friendly and we chatted while she worked which also helped me to calm down.
